Overview |
Inkora (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a gentle, distraction-free handwritten note-taking app, digital sketchbook, and PDF annotation space developed by GX Devs. This Privacy Policy details the permissions we use, explains how local notes operate, and clarifies our zero-knowledge approach to cloud synchronization.
We believe your notes, journals, and daily drawings should be entirely your own. Inkora is created offline-first: your pen strokes, canvases, custom color themes, imported files, and bookmarks stay securely on your device unless you voluntarily sync them with your own personal Google Drive.

Google Drive Sync & Data Security |
Cloud synchronization in Inkora is powered by the user’s own Google Drive. Sync is 100% voluntary and never enabled without your direct action:
• Restricted Scope: Inkora only interacts with its dedicated application folder in your Google Drive. It has zero ability to view, modify, or read your existing Google Docs, photos, spreadsheets, or any other personal drive files.
• Client-Side Encryption: Before your notes leave your device, they are encrypted locally using cryptographic keys stored safely in Android Keystore. Even on Google Drive, notes are stored as scrambled, encrypted files.
• Google API Limited Use Compliance: Inkora’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never transfer, sell, or disclose Google user data to third parties, ad platforms, or AI models.
Authentication is handled securely via official Google Sign-In on your device. GX Devs does not run an intermediary server and never possesses your Google password or tokens.

Diagnostics & App Health |
To ensure low-latency stylus performance and prevent canvas rendering crashes across Android devices, Inkora may receive anonymous crash reports (such as OS version and stack traces) via Firebase Crashlytics.
These reports are strictly technical and never contain note contents, pen strokes, or personal account identifiers.
